The Arduino will not provide enough current to drive the two servos, so a separate power supply is needed. Note where servos are soldered (on the 5V supplied from the Arduino). So either cut the 5V trace, as pictured, or solder the servos in a different spot.
5V servo power supply uses a 3-pin keyed header.
To power the Arduino as a whole you use the USB cable, needed anyway to program the Arduino.
